Youth BJJ Program

At CATCH MMA, we are proudly introducing our elite BJJ youth program. Spearheaded by our own black belt, Dr. Ian Murray. Designed with the unique needs and aspirations of young martial artists aged between 7 and 12 in mind. Understanding the significance of a holistic approach to martial arts training, our curriculum doesn’t merely focus on technical proficiency. Instead, we give equal weight to fostering discipline, building confidence, and promoting personal growth in each student.

Additionally, introducing BJJ to a child early on can be a game-changer. Beyond physical fitness, the strategic intricacies of BJJ enhance problem-solving skills, bolster resilience, and embed a deep sense of purpose and dedication. Consequently, we invite parents to experience this transformative journey for their children firsthand. To schedule an introductory lesson and to let your child embark on this enriching journey into the world of BJJ, kindly complete our contact form located at the bottom of this page.
